Founder and President

Orrin Broberg Head ShotAt the helm of Employee Continuum is founder and president Orrin Broberg, a seasoned CEO and entrepreneur who is recognized as an industry pioneer in technology-based business solutions.

With the belief that a company's success is not based on how well it trains its people, but rather about selecting the right people in the first place, Mr. Broberg founded Employee Continuum (formerly eContinuum) to help companies develop stronger sales hiring practices. Since its inception, Employee Continuum has been revolutionizing the way corporations improve their sales workforce efficiencies through its comprehensive assessment on-demand software solution, our Candidate Evaluation System.

Mr. Broberg's background includes more than 20 years experience in the development and marketing of human capital management (HCM) systems. Through his creation and implementation of learning, certification and development systems for some of the largest companies in the world, including American Airlines, SBC Communications, AT&T and Panasonic, Mr. Broberg has successfully bridged the effectiveness of the employer/employee relationship.

In 1988, he founded his first company, Applied Learning Systems (ALS), a service company that created and marketed competency-based training services to Fortune 500 companies. ALS designed and developed a strategic customer service training program for 50,000 American Airlines employees. In 1998, MR. Broberg founded Mastery Point Learning Systems, which focuses on the development of strategic certification and learning programs for the telecommunications and convergence industries. In 2002, Mr. Broberg was nominated for the prestigious Thomas Carter Award, which recognizes outstanding service in public interest in the field of telecommunications.

Mr. Broberg is an active member in the community and is the past Board Chair for Free Arts Minnesota.
