PLATO's software solutions are delivered via networks, CD-ROM, the Internet, and private intranets.

Solution:

Early late 2005, PLATO went live with Employee Continuum's Candidate Evaluation System, which included a job branding video for the account manager position. PLATO has since implemented the evaluation system corporate wide.

Results:

  • Reduced reliance upon 3rd party recruiters - saving $1m in fees first year.
  • Reduced interview to hire ratio from 15:1 to 4:1 - saving over 2000 hours in interview time the first year.
  • No turnover of new hires in the first year.
