Employee Continuum and their professional services team take a consultative approach in configuring and customizing your Candidate Evaluation System. We bring together departmental leaders, human resources and marketing to define and create a model candidate profile.
Employee Continuum's I/O Psychologist will perform a job analysis through behavioral and scientific data, to identify the unique competencies required for the job requisition. Through an analysis of existing employees performing the same job, a model profile will be created. This profile will be the basis for determining the pre-screening questions, job simulation situations and scoring.
