Define Your Top Performers
Creating a model job profile requires a job analysis to identify skills and competencies required for a specified position. Employee Continuum is the first company to create an automated job analysis for business-to-business (B2B) sales positions.
Employee Continuum's Sales Talent Profiler identifies the type of B2B sales person who would be a top performer at your organization.

The results will categorize your sales organization into one of four selling environments, and identify the sales person's skills and competencies required to be successful. You have the ability to further customize the evaluation system to incorporate your intrinsic knowledge into the system by adding/deleting the standard pre-screen questions and adjust the weight of the candidates pre-screen and job simulation answers.
The Sales Talent Profiler consists of 16 questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete. The results will categorize your sales organization into one of four selling environments. These environments are based upon Jim Dickie's, of CSO Insights, Sales Relationship/Process (SRP) Matrix, the interrelated dynamics of a company's fundamental approach to sales.
