What does your qualification system measure?

Candidate Evaluation System is based on a multi-point view of a candidate in an unbiased, consistent manner. Our industry expert identify the following competencies to measure a candidate's ability to perform within a position.

What is your Sales Talent Profiler?

We have taken a leading edge approach in the search for those sales candidates who best fit an organizations unique hiring profile and sales environment. This match combines a candidate's innate qualities with the client's required competencies; taking the guesswork out of the process. The first step in the process is our Sales Talent Profiler which consists of 16 questions that will provide insight as to the sales environment you foster and the type of sales candidate that would be successful in your business-to-business sales organization.

How does a candidate begin the process?

Candidates can be linked to your corporate branded website via various methods; job boards, corporate career website, email invitation. Candidates will be invited to complete the qualification process which begins with an optional job branding video to attract candidates by telling a compelling story, told by actual employees, of the open job position and the corporate environment. The Candidate Evaluation System is our platform that administers our multi-dimensional qualification approach to qualifying sales candidates. Candidates have the option to complete the process in one sitting or may return at a later time. The process consist of pre-screen, video job simulations and assessment(s): all measuring the same competencies in a different view. The pre-screen and video job simulations will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The optional assessment(s) time varies depending on the one chosen.

Can a candidate figure out how to answers the questions?

By nature the questions do not have one right answer. The Candidate Evaluation System can be configured to include questions/answers that you determine would automatically disqualify a candidate from consideration. For compliance reasons, the candidate will be allowed to complete the entire assessment process.

How long before I receive candidate results?

Real time results can be accessed immediately from the Candidate Evaluation System's web-based dashboard which includes a tool that will alert you to a star candidate when they complete the assessment. Research has indicated if you don't reach out to a star candidate within 72 hours they will move on to the next opportunity.

How are candidate results measured?

Candidate results are measured in terms of a percentage against the model profile. Candidate results can be sorted and viewed by an overall score or by each assessment. The Candidate Evaluation System's dashboard provides you with the ability to quickly compare up to three candidates side-by-side.

Why do I need an assessment/qualification solution?

Our evaluations system does not eliminate the need to interview candidates. It provides you with a multi-point view of candidates in an unbiased and consistent manner while identifying the top candidates that are stack-ranked. The ultimate hiring decision is still in your hands.

What if we already have an ATS?

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) provides you with a means to gather bio data and provide a trail of the candidate through the hiring process. It does NOT assess or qualify specific job competencies or the value of the candidate bio data to effectively be used in the hiring decision. The Candidate Evaluation System is able to collect the bio data, along with assessment results, for integration into an existing ATS. The need of an ATS still exists but Overture adds knowledge to your existing ATS.
